10 on Tuesday
1. Anybody else watch The Bachelor last night? DRAMA! It was pretty good. Rozlyn is in denial!
2. Kyle and I still need to do our taxes.....yuck. I have a feeling we are probably going to owe this year.
3. Chase got to stay home with Daddy yesterday and I think it spoiled him rotten. He got to drive Daddy's truck up and down the driveway, set up an entire train track on the kitchen floor, wore a mismatching outfit ( Hickman Kewpies and Halloween mixed together), and Lord knows what else they did.... :)
4. Went and saw Mama Mia in St. Louis over the weekend at the Fox Theatre. It was really good! Pretty funny!!
5. Speaking of Fox Theatre.....WICKED will be there this Summer!!!! :)
6. Chase needs a haircut so bad. His curls are out of control. Time to trim up those ducktails again. This will be his third haircut.
7. Time to start planning Chase's 2nd birthday party. I need to call Parks and Rec later this week and reserve a shelter at the park. I can't believe he is going to be 2!
8. I'm pretty excited about American Idol tonight. The girls sing tonight, time to get down to the nitty gritty!
9. My allergies are already soooo bad and it's not even Spring yet. I have a feeling it's going to be a rough spring and summer.
10. I'm off next Friday and spending the day with my baby boy! Can't wait!!!

10 on Tuesday
1. Blah. Once again it's cold outside and there is snow on the ground. I can't wait until the morning I wake up to sunshine and above freezing temperatures.
2. We had a good Valentine's Day, except that Chase was sick. He was up all Friday night coughing and the snot and coughing continued all weekend. He ended up with a fever at daycare yesterday, but he only woke up once last night coughing. So I'm hoping that he is getting over it now. But I think Kyle and I may be getting it now.
3. Kyle and I had a date night Friday night. We went to Lone Star for dinner and enjoyed a nice steak dinner. Can't remember the last time we did that!
4. Last Friday I got a call from the lobby at work and said I was needed down in the lobby. So I go down there and Kyle is standing there. First thought that came to my head was that something was wrong. But he had actually come to bring me a dozen red roses. There was a little card with the flowers that said "Love You, Chase." My sweet boys!
5. Chase is talking in full sentences, and he will ask us the same question over and over and over and over.....
6. Going to go see Mama Mia in St. Louis this weekend. Can't wait! Kyle is going to paint Chase's room while I'm gone. Still need to buy the dang paint!
7. Kyle's truck got it's makeover. $4,000 later!! I need to stop thinking about it....
8. We missed Finn's birthday party on Sunday. We didn't want to be responsible for getting everyone's kids sick.
9. I was just online looking at vehicles with 3rd row seating. I need to stop!! But an even bigger SUV sure would be nice. We just have too much junk that tags along with us.
10. Did you know that every single truck in this town is "daddy's truck" ???

10 on Tuesday
1. I. AM. SICK. OF. WINTER.
2. Everybody see The Bachelor last night?? It was time for Ali to go I think. I had enough of her. I liked her in the beginning, but Tenley is definitely my fav! Although...I did read a spoiler. So if you don't want to know, stop reading NOW. But...he picks Vienna.
3. We went to Shakespeare's on Saturday night with our friends Curt, Kelsey, and Finn. Chase and Finn shared peas and played the video games. That is the best restaurant to take kids!
4. Kyle's Tahoe is checking in Thursday morning for a $3,500 makeover. We decided to basically rebuild it instead of buying a new truck. So he will actually have a brand new truck under the hood. Can't beat that!
5. I wasn't super impressed with the Superbowl commercials this year, but my favorite was the Doritos one where the guy comes to pick up the little boys mom for date. "Don't touch my Mama. Don't touch my Doritos." And then smacked him across the face!
6. I have a lunch date with an old friend from High School, Megan Karrenbrock, well actually her last name is Schumacher now. I can't wait!!
7. We have two birthday parties this weekend. One on Saturday, and Finn's 1st Birthday party on Sunday!
8. Chase talks more and more everyday. Now he points to body parts and says the name of them. Super cute!
9. Chase has been loving the snow! Me, not so much. But thank goodness for 4wheel drive! We take Chase out to play in the snow and he never wants to come back in. And he refuses to wear his gloves!
10. Chase was doing so good on the potty and now he does not want to sit on it. He just shakes his head and says "no, no, no, no." So now I have to bribe him by giving him something fun while he's sitting on there. Right now, that means sitting on the toilet and throwing colored tablets into his bath water.

10 on Tuesday
1. I can't believe it's already February!! It's a busy month! We have the Superbowl, my aunt's 70th birthday party, Finn's 1st Birthday party, Mama Mia at the Fox Theatre in St. Louis, Kyle's basketball Banquet, and my HUGE paycheck at the end of this month!!
2. We found out our raises last week and I was very happy. I get a percentage of it towards my annual salary, and the rest of it (which ended up being a huge chunk this time) will come to me as merit cash (aka performance cash). I'm sure that money will go to pay bills though. Yippe. :(
3. Chase kept waking us up last night. At about 12:30 he started cracking up in his sleep. We went to check on him and he was asleep, but was belly laughing uncontrollably! All I could do was stand there and listen to him. It was so adorable! I really wish I knew what he was dreaming about.
4. The Cookie Monster saga continues.....all Chase ever wants is a "Ceekie" And he is so polite about it. He says please and thank you. But if you tell him no, he's not so polite anymore. He turns into a true Cookie MONSTER.
5. I went to the allergy doctor yesterday about my insanely miserable headaches, and I will have to get a steroid injection and possible be retested again. UGH! Not what I wanted to hear. If the injection doesn't help, then he wants me to have a CT Scan done, an xray of my sinuses. These allergies need to go away!! I got rid of the cats, what else can I do?! Live in a bubble?
6. Just when I thought we would be telling the Tahoe to R.I.P., Kyle has decided to get it fixed instead of buying a new truck. Probably the cheapest option right now.
7. I had a dream last night that I gave birth to a baby girl, but she had a toddler face. After she came out, after one push, Dr. Womack told me I was good to go and could go home and come back the next day to pick up the baby. If only it was that easy!! Not sure where that came from...
8. We watched the movie "UP" on Sunday, and of course Chase started going nuts over the balloons and started asking for a "Boon, peeze!" So Kyle blew him up a balloon. It's now in my car for the car rides. He hold the end of it up to his mouth and pretends to be blowing it up.
9. Do you have any idea how hard it is to find Thomas the Train shoes for a toddler??? It's impossible.
10. American Idol and Biggest Loser tonight. So basically that means I will be worthless tonight. :)
